Wilson, Chief Operating Officer
Employed since 2001, Ms. Wilson directs the day to day operational,
administrative and support activities of the Jackson-Evers
International Airport and Hawkins Field. She is a graduate of the
University of Houston and a member of the Airports Council
International - North America, the American Association of Airport
Executives and the Chairman of the National Transportation Research
Board Task Force on Aviation Security and Emergency Management.

Woodrow
(Woody)
Wilson, Jr., B.S., M.S., Senior Director of Capital Programming
Employed since 1999, Mr. Wilson is responsible for the planning, direction, implementation,
oversight and facilitation of the Airport Authority's long and short term capital projects.
He is a graduate of Troy State University with a Master's of Science Degree in Public
Administration, and served in the United States Air Force as a pilot, base commander,
and fulfilled other leadership roles for 28 years, retiring at the rank of Colonel.
He is also a member of the American Association of Airport Executives.

Gary
Cohen, Chief Financial Officer
Employed since 2006, Mr. Cohen is responsible for managing the
budgeting, payroll, grant activity, and the overall financial
operations of the Authority. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson
University with a Masters of Business Administration and a member of
the American Association of Airport Executives.

Woodward, CPM, IPMA-CP, Director of Human Resources
Employed since 2006, Ms. Woodward is responsible for managing
and overseeing the Airport Authority's human capital and general administration to include procurement,
customer service and information technology and telecommunications. She is a graduate of Mississippi
State University, a Certified Public Manager, a Certified Professional with the International Public
Management Association for Human Resources and a member of the American Association of Airport
Executives

Denson

Stasher, B.S.E., MPPA, Director of Operations and Security
Employed since 1992, Mr. Stasher is responsible for the management and
technical responsibilities involving airport compliance with federal
aviation regulations, activities with other airport departments and
outside agencies. He is a graduate of Jackson State University with a
Masters of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA), a 1992 graduate of
the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy (MELOTA), a
member of the Airport Council of International-North America, and the
American Association of Airport Executives.

Kenneth

Randolph, Airport Police Commander
Employed since 1996, Commander Randolph is responsible for Authority's
Division of Public Safety which includes the Airport Police,
Communications and Public Safety Departments. He is a retired United
States Army serviceman, a graduate of the Police Academy – university
of Southern Mississippi, Board of Directors of the Airport Law
Enforcement Agencies Network, the Mississippi Association of Chiefs of
Police and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Jack Thomas, Director of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) & Community Development
Employed since 2008, Mr. Thomas is responsible for managing and overseeing
the disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) and community development program. He is a graduate of
Kansas State University and possesses over twenty-eight years of DBE and community development
experience.
